Payment Policy

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs and the total payable are shown before the order is submitted.

Methods and authorisation

We accept the methods displayed at checkout. Availability may depend on your device, location and the payment services enabled. Payment is subject to provider authorisation and may involve address, security and fraud checks. An order is accepted as explained in our Terms of Service, not merely because funds are authorised.

Security

Secure third-party services process payments. We do not normally receive or store complete card details. Never send card details by email or contact form.

Problems, charges and refunds

If payment fails, check the billing information or contact the provider. If you believe you were charged, do not repeatedly submit the order; contact us. We do not impose prohibited payment-method surcharges. Refunds go to the original method unless otherwise agreed and lawful, following our Returns and Refunds Policy.
