Terms of service
Last updated: 7 October 2026
These terms apply to daddyjames.com and purchases from DADDY JAMES LTD, company number 16958072, registered in England and Wales at Clavering House, Clavering Place, Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom, NE1 3NG. Email: support@daddyjames.com. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.
Website use
You must be legally capable of contracting and use the website lawfully. You must not compromise security, introduce malicious code, misuse accounts or use the store fraudulently.
Products
We take reasonable care with descriptions. Colours may vary slightly by screen, lighting and production batch. Measurements are approximate unless stated. Availability may change and genuine errors may be corrected before order acceptance.
Price and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable UK taxes unless stated. Delivery and the total payable are shown before payment. Payment must be authorised through a method offered at checkout. We do not impose prohibited payment surcharges.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. A contract is formed when we issue acceptance or dispatch confirmation. Before acceptance, we may decline an order because of stock, payment or fraud checks, a pricing error, delivery restriction or legal requirement. Any captured payment will be refunded.
Delivery and risk
Our Shipping Policy applies. Risk normally passes when goods are delivered to you or your nominated person. Your cancellation, return and faulty-goods rights are explained in the Returns and Refunds Policy and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Promotions and intellectual property
Promotions are subject to their published conditions and availability. Unless stated, codes cannot be combined or applied retrospectively. Original website text, graphics, branding and layout are owned by or licensed to us and may not be commercially reused without permission.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or statutory consumer rights. We are not liable for unforeseeable loss or business loss arising from a consumer purchase. For events outside our reasonable control, we will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and preserve your legal rights.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers elsewhere in the UK retain mandatory protections and access to the courts available under applicable law.
