Where do you deliver?

Throughout the United Kingdom, subject to restrictions shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Processing normally takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 3–8 business days in transit.

How do I track an order?

Where tracking is available, it is emailed after dispatch. Allow up to 48 hours for the carrier page to update.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email us promptly. Changes are not guaranteed once processing starts. Statutory cancellation rights and our 30-day return period are explained in the Returns and Refunds Policy.

Who pays return postage?

You normally pay for a change-of-mind return. We cover reasonable costs for confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.

When is a refund issued?

Approved refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods or acceptable evidence of posting, as applicable. The payment provider may take additional time.

What if an item is damaged or incorrect?

Email support@daddyjames.com with the order number and photographs where helpful.
